I have worked with Bob Goertz Auto for several years now. This rating is an overall cumulative assessment. I have spent at least $2,000 with them over time. My Saturn is getting hard to find parts for, so when they couldn't order it, they found one that was a satisfactory replacement. The gentlemen in the office have both given me rides to work and have picked me up from work when they were working on my car, if it was going to be fixed that same day. All of the mechanics are excellent, busy and keep their work environment clean. My only frustration is getting in, at times, because they are so good. I never doubt their assessments, actually being more accurate on a couple of occasions that I took my car to someone else because of the time constraints, and I shouldn't have wasted my time, for they gave me an inaccurate assessment.
