first of all he called me back immediately we met that day, we discussed everything that needed done. the next morning he was there with employees removed the sign with his bucket truck..Took the sign to his shop he had ordered all the material the night before he cleaned it thoroughly, then refaced and put in LED bulbs, brought back next day and installed back on pole I came out looked it over and paid him...Very professional, very efficient, Great quality workmanship, reliable, easy to work with. I will recommend him to everyone and use him for future signs.... Thanks Cy Lansdown
