Lawn Tool Repair
Although Mike has a "day job" at a grain elevator that was just going into wheat harvest, he drove to Herington to examine the riding mower and decide what needed to be done. A week later, as things were slowing down for him, he called and made an appointment to retrieve the mower. Several days later, he called to arrange a delivery time for the repaired mower.
Mike discussed all the necessary repairs with me before picking up the mower. At the time of delivery, he showed us what had been done and explained details of necessary upkeep - changing oil, etc.
He is now ordering a cup holder so the person using the mower can have a cold drink close at hand. We also discussed the feasability of putting a blade on the front for snow removal this winter.
We were very pleased with his professionalism and courteous service.
