Contacted Olathe Sheet Metal since they had installed all my gutters several years back and because they had cleaned them last year also. They arrived as promised, cleaned and washed out gutters and downspouts and left no mess. I was very pleased with their service!

The crew started when they said they would, made the gutter look as good as possible. I was asking them about new gutter nails and the crew chief said and quot;we will take of you and make the gutter as new as possible.and quot;

I told a friend of mine that I was getting bids for gutter work and she immediately offered Olathe Sheet Metal. She indicated they had done a great job for her and were conscientious, dependable and do good work. I had requested bids from four different places and hands down, Olathe Sheet Metal gets an A+ on getting right back to me on questions asked, their professionalism, their ability to get you in the schedule and actually come when they said they would and they even arrived a little early so they could get set up. These are signs of a professional company. I had told them originally that the gutter job I needed was a small job but they treated me just as important as what I imagine they treat their bigger jobs. I liked their willingness to help out and do painting too. I know this wasn't what we were originally asked them to do and when we asked other companies if they would paint, they wouldn't even consider it but Olathe Sheet said they'd be happy to do it and they did a great job painting and guttering. They were quick , efficient and we love the job they did. What sets Olathe Sheet apart from all the other companies that I called was they had awesome follow up . If they made a commitment you knew that they would be there and they were reasonably priced and when they finished the job, the price quoted is what we paid. When we were talking about gutter colors, I was told they had sample colors and much to my surprise in the mail the next day were samples of their gutter colors. I hadn't even asked for them to send it but they wanted me to see what was available. This is what helps separate great companies from those that don't make the cut. They want to provide you the tools you need and answer the questions you asked so that you could make a good decision. We weren't sure about where to put the downspout and they were happy to work with us and give us suggestions and helped us come up with the perfect solution. This company is truly awesome and should be the first company you consider. This will be our GO TO company if we ever have any other work done. They were awesome. You will not go wrong if you have them do any work for you. Truly the best. Thanks for a job well done.

Excellent job. This was the second time Ed worked on my house. The first time was just a small downspout move. Patty is great to talk to in reception. They came right out and were very reasonable on the first job. That says a lot! Just love my new gutter guards.

I can't say enough about this company. They were extremely professional and pleasant to work with from the first phone call for an estimate to the work performed to replace our gutters. Ed Jurado and his crew replaced our 25+ year old gutters and down spouts within a 4 hour window. The quality of work and the attention to detail was exceptional. As we were receiving estimates from several companies, Patty Jurado, Ed's wife and office manager, was kind enough to provide us with advice on the installation of the guttering regardless of whether or not we decided to use their company. I believe their bid was a bit higher from the other contractor; however, we felt the most comfortable after talking with Ed and going over several options appropriate for our home. As we were getting our house painted around the same time, Ed was very flexible with scheduling, which we also appreciated. I highly recommend this company. They are honest, trustworthy and provide a quality product at a fair price.

Since I was in no hurry for this, I told their project scheduler, Patty, that I would like him to install the additional 3 strainers for me and we would like a couple of "sideways" gutter elbows. Ed came by and installed the three strainers and left the elbows for me and also took the time to clean out all my gutters! I will not hesitate to recommend or use Ed and Olathe Sheet Metal in the future!

Customer service was slow and cold. Gutter replacement was almost 2 months late. When we called they told me we were at the and quot;top of their listand quot;, and should schedule any day. A price increase was passed along to me from when the original bid was re

Promises were made to take care of me on fixes and repairs, eventually when I recieved a response, the changes were overpriced and everything was my fault (3 weeks later).

Would not re-use under any circumstance.......

They were recommended by my roofer. They promptly responded with an onsite estimate after a thorough explanation of what I had and what was needed for my particular roof. With all the work being done after last spring's storm. I understood where we stood in line for the installation. They notified me when they would be here. They performed the job quickly and efficiently. They provided extras like downspout strainers for me to use and gave me a total walkthrough and explanation of what had been done and why and what I should expect. I could not be happier after dealing with Ed and his crew and his wife Patty.

It was a good experience. The guy that did the guttering did a really good job. The price we paid for was for the initial project. He has come back and done some other things like putting screens on the gutters. He also came back and did some other work because we were having some siding put on the house and he had to take some stuff off. He did a real good job putting everything back together and he didn't gripe at me because I was having the siding put on after I had the gutters done. It's a small company and Ed really takes pride in his work. He does a good job. He does what he says he is going to do. I would hire him again in the future and I would recommend him again.

They were great! Family run business with all providing professional attention to detail. I received 4 estimates and theirs was the most detailed and at a price that I thought was fair. The guys showed up on time and worked until the job was finished, cleaning up and carrying away all waste. I will definitely be using this company again

Excellent. Very professional and timely. We anxiously watched during all the recent rain and the gutters handled all the water.

I had a good experience with them. They came out and gave me the bid for the work. They were very nice and kept reminding me that they appreciated my business. They made sure to answer all of my questions. They came out and took my old gutters off before I had a new roof put on. They came out when they were supposed too for all of their appointments.

WHEN THEY SAW THAT WE WERE HAVING A STORM COME IN, THAT IS WHEN ED WENT OUT ON HIS OWN AND FOUND A CORRUGATED POLYCARBONATE SHEETS COVERING FOR MY DECK TO COVER AN OPEN AREA. THIS WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE JOB DESCRIPTION. THIS WAS SOMETHING THAT WE HAD ALREADY HAD DONE, BUT IT WAS NOT DONE CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME. IN THE PROCESS OF THIS NOT BEING DONE CORRECTLY, IT HAD DAMAGED MY ROOF, GUTTERING AND THE HEAVY PLASTIC COVERING THAT WAS PRESENTLY THERE. I THINK THAT FOR HIM TO GO OUT OF HIS WAY TO DO THE EXTRA WORK WAS VERY NICE. THE PRICE FOR THE ROOFING WAS $360.50
