WRAP IT FENCE CO

The owner seemed competent but subcontracted the work out to someone that did a really sloppy job. There were bad boards used for the privacy fence. I mentioned that to the worker that was putting them up but he said that was all that he had and wasn't authorized to get anymore. It was on a Saturday and the owner was out of town. The Puppy Guard is the biggest joke! It is cheap netting attached to the fence with a few ties. The contractor didn't pull the netting tight and he skimped on the ties so the whole job looked tacky. We called the owner back that following Monday and he came out to review the contractor's work. He agreed to our grievances but instead of making them right with us--he just said that he would send the original guy back. Needless to say nobody showed up. We paid almost $800 for this Puppy Guard and one year later it really looks like crap. I've tried to contact this company again this year but the company won't return my call. My advice is to reserve payment until everything is done exactly right because you will never see them again. I got fooled by this owner.
