Trudo's Automotive

My rotors were grinding as I applied the brakes. I called Trudo's after a friend suggested them and I did but do not remember who I spoke with. I told the gentleman what happened and even though it was on a moment's notice, he said to bring my car in, give them a few hours and my car would be done. I talked to a few associates there and both were very professional and receptive to my concerns because I have been played by a few mechanics too many in the Wichita area. I am enjoying my car once again and will continue to give Trudo's my business - as a matter of fact, my fiancé's car needs servicing and we will take it to Trudo's as he also is tired of being given the run around by several mechanics here.

Trudo Automotive is located in our neighborhood, so I thought I would check it out to see what it was like. The price was extremely reasonable, and the owner (Trudo) is an absolutely wonderful man. We own a 2008 A6 Audi, and it is very hard to find a place that will do an oil change and not charge you an arm and leg (as this car takes a specific type of synthetic oil). Trudo not only had the oil we needed, but only charged me around $75. Later that day, the car was leaking a bit of oil, so I called in and he got me in right away. Not only did he look at the car himself, but replaced a washer that had come loose, and didn't charge me a single dime for the repair.
I will continue to take my car here for anything it needs.

He was very good. A lot of times when we had just something small we could go talk to him and he would give us advice. Then, when we did need major work, he was there to take care of it. He was as inexpensive as he could be.
