I was not impressed with them.  It was a quote call and they offered to clean my heating and inspect my heating and it was $39.95.  I am out in the country and I don’t know if they realized where I Iived and there is no gas service here at all and I need to have a propane tank.  He came out and took the back of it and he said several things and one of things he said is that, ‘there was nothing to clean because it is an electric unit’, it had a blower so he said it is $50 to have the blower cleaned.  My unit is old so he also said, ‘I saw a duct tape with the wiring and all of that stuff holding together’, and I know you use electrical tape and not duct tape.  I have an old unit so I keep talking about replacement and things need to be done and ask for reference and he gave me his mother in law’s number and it is their work phone number and I am nurse and I am not going to call a nurse at work.  I had to have my work done on the blower and I asked specifically about the duct tape in my unit and it is a electrical tape and there is no duct tape in there and I didn’t have insurance plan that covers the service and I thought I will pay for the normal maintenance instead I felt like I paid $40 for a sales call as he didn’t do anything.  He is very congenial and very nice.  It was a total waste of my money and time.  I didn’t get anything for my money except for a sales pitch.  He inspected and found something wrong like a duct tape in there and that was an electrical tape or at least he should have set up an appointment to fix that.  It is really hard for me to look at it and when I had another service man come in I asked if any duct tape is in there and he said there is an electrical tape.  He was dishonest.  They came out after I set up an appointment.  They were timely.  They arrived when they said they would.  He was pleasant and respectful.  As far as asking me referrals he really didn’t give me referrals.

I sent an email from here and after waiting 24 hours, I never heard from anyone.  I'm left with the impression that they are just too busy to have someone answer phone calls and that they don't need any new customers.  Very disappointed with this company and would not recommend them to anyone!

The overall experience was excellent.  For this type of job you need to commit to at least three hours of your time.  I would recommend that you isolate pets if possible.  By all means have your unit serviced every year, i.e clean the duct work throughout.
