Neil Werth does most of the plumbing. Keith does most of the hvac work. Most everyone around here uses them. They can handle about anything. They're honest, up front and give you a fair price. There's no one else I would call.

Overall pretty good. Would have been excellent if they had completed the job as quoted. However, they had to come back three times in order to redo vent work in order to pass the city inspection. The city inspector was reportedly worried about the exhaust vent being too close to pipes insulated with flammable material. The Werth plumber said inspector was just being picky. However, it seemed to me that the plumber & inspector could have come to an agreement on how to do it the first time rather than me paying extra $$$ to redo it 2 or 3 different ways until the inspector was satisfied.

Elderly persons furnace stopped working in o degree weather. The company responded within 1 1/2 hours of the call.
