The people delivering and installing appliances seemed competent and careful. We had a couple of problems with appliances covered by warranty and both problems were fixed promptly. Prices were comparable to the other major appliance dealer in Hays. We had favorable recommendations for both from friends before our choice. Our choice to go with Horizon was based on comparing reviews on the individual appliances from the internet.
