Talked to receptionist on 10/16 and technician finally called back on 10/18 to say they were swamped and couldn't get out for over a week. After calling five places trying to get our heater looked at and fixed, we gave up, found the part we thought we needed online, ordered it and installed it ourselves. Due to at least following up with me, I would consider using them in the future if absolutely necessary.
