I earlier reviewed this. 

However, I wrote a review in Feb 2014 and complained about a leak and I have since called a few times and over two half years I have yet to receive a return phone call or any thing.  My earlier review was being generous as I try to give the benefit of the doubt.  But, since I can't get anything but a recorder and no return calls I would at this point NOT recommend this vendor.  I would be willing to reconsider if they just fixed my leak.  The leak has grown from a drip to now a solid run when there is water coming off the roof. 

It would not be as bad but since it is right in front of my front door in a corner where you can't get around it and still go in the door its a big deal.  I guess I should have expected this when the install was supposed to take place in Oct and then Nov and they finally got to us in Jan. **Update 06/06/2016** Barry the owner, he came out and assessed the problem. Removed what they had originally put on and replaced it with new product. Problem solved. He came back 2 weeks later to explain the actions he took to solve my problem.

He was quick and gave us a few ideas to help with our water drainage issues, yet he was never pushy. He also offered us the best price and was able to help almost immediately.

Have a drip in front of my front door as before but other than that it looks good and works well.

Sept 2011 - (Thursday) The roofers spoke English as a second language so through a miscommunication they removed the guttering TWO WEEKS BEFORE Band C was due to install the new guttering. Once I realized the error, I called the roofing firm who contacted Band C and they had a crew out the following Saturday so we only went without guttering for two days. The guttering is very nice. The only thing they forgot to do was replace the long gutter that goes out from a downspout to carry the rain away from the house. I made a call on Monday and they were out that day to take care of it.
Fast forward to May 30, 2013. The summer of 2012 had a drought so we really did not get to test our guttering. On May 27, 2013, we had a flood in our downstairs - as in throwing out all the carpet for two good sized rooms. We are assuming this was caused by the realignment of soil and our foundation since we had our foundation raised two months earlier. This rain was 4.1 inches. It came in places we had never had problems with in 27 years of ownership. May 30, it began to rain again. We were again outside digging trenches, running to the hardware store and adding additional pieces on the ground. We looked at the downspouts and both of us thought they were closer to the ground than previously. At any rate the water was gushing out of downspouts but not continuing through the ground pieces because there did not seem to be enough heighth to us to give the water momentum. It was backing out of the ground guttering, I called the roofer to see if someone could come look at it. They called Band C who returned my call promptly. Mr. Eckhardt was there in about 15 minutes. He told us what pieces we needed on the ground, left and brought the pieces back with him, installed them and DID NOT CHARGE us anything. He also told us some spots needed dirt which we already knew. We had water in smaller amounts the next day, but not from guttering problems. I would highly recommend this company.

Owner came out to give the estimate and was very professional covering all details and options. The estimate was given before he left and there was a timely follow up email with other information I had requested. They arrived as scheduled for the install and completed a quick neat job in a timely manner. Since then the gutters and downspouts have performed as expected with no problems at all. I was very pleased and satisfied with all aspects of dealing with this small business and would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to others.

Band C did a good job and were very nice to work with. They were very busy and weren't able to put our gutters on when promised but were worth waiting for in the end.

My neighbor was using this company and I stopped and got a business card from them. I asked them to provide a quote for replacing the gutters on my garage. I went to run some errands and by the time I got back the quote was on my front door. I called to schedule the installation and it was done the next day. I got home from work and everything was completed. Everything was clean and tidy and it was like they had never been there. They mailed me a bill.

The crew arrived on time and completed the job in a professional manner by the anticipated deadline (one day). I would have no reservations in contracting with B&C again and unequivocally recommend them to anyone considering the installation of seamless guttering.

They did a really good job. Everything went well.
