RS Lawns decided to perform the installation despite a long term weather report which showed temperatures well above 100 degrees for the foreseeable future. After following their watering instructions with my sprinkler system, the end result is that half the new sod is dead. I complained that I was unhappy and asked RS Lawns what they were going to do. RS Lawns "hid" behind their contract which stated that the sod would be installed "properly." They claimed proper installation. Part of "proper" should include knowing when to install and when to wait.
