We were out of state at the time the work was done and returned several months later to find several of the shingles coming off on the front of the house and the deck looked terrible. The contractor had already been paid for the work. The railing had not been repaired and it did not appear the deck had been power washed prior to staining. The stain was applied very haphazardly with spots where the stain pooled and other areas that looked like they had not even been stained. The color was not what we requested. The damaged railing we requested be repaired had not been touched and just stained right over the damage. There are spots of stain on our siding. It took a couple calls to get the contractor to come and repair the shingles. We have called him several times regarding the deck and he'll promise that he will call and quot;next weekand quot; and set up an appointment to look at it and we never hear from him again. This has been going on for several months.

Being a ranch it took the crew of two, a day to complete the removal and replacement of the shingles. Clean up was performed after the shingles and roofing material were installed.
In early spring I noticed that some shingles had come loose due to high winds and the late date the shingle were replaced. I called the company and they responded quickly replacing the damaged shingles at no further cost to me.
With the hot summer the shingles have sealed and I have not had any further problems with the roof.
