VINARDI HEATING & COOLING

One of vinardis technicians came out the day after I called which was very quick and responsive. He said there were a few pieces of ductwork that needed replaced and that my condenser has a leak. It has been just over 3 weeks since he told me he would be back that week to replace everything and fix the condenser. I have called no answer I’ve left messages with my phone number I never get a call back I even messaged the owner of the company Don Vinardi and haven’t had any response. I have been dealing with 95+ degree days for almost a month now and I’ve been left completely in the dark with no answers. This is very screwed up because I could’ve went with someone else and had it fixed without any problems but since I’ve been waiting for vinardi to find a time convenient for them to call me back all of the other companies are swamped and at least a couple weeks away from being able to have me on their schedule. I have my 8 year old son my wife and dog in the house. We are all miserable the only relief we’ve had is me having to buy a $250 window ac that can barley keep the temperature down to 80 degrees. I am completely willing to still give vinardi the chance to redeem themselves but it needs to happen NOW.

left a message in the evening, they called me early the next morning and repaired that same day.

They are busy, and are all out working most of the time so getting ahold of them needs to be early, however, they have always responded in the time frame I needed and worked very professionally, always fixed the problem. Charges--well it costs to get repairs done, but I did not think they were out of line. They are definately who I call when I need work done.
