He was punctual and responsive. He was very good in cleaning up at the end of everyday?s work. The quality of his work was very good and I was very satisfied with his service.

Very, very well. In the rental property Jonathon worked with two other subcontractors - one for paint and one for wood floor refinishing. Jonathon ripped out two walls put in arches, rebuilt counters, revived the plumbing and the electrical, and did such a good job we hired him to redo a bathroom in our home. By the way, we went on a two week vacation to Italy and left him on his own and we returned to find a beautiful rental unit all ready to go. In our home he designed and built an artisan wrought iron window, rewired, re-plumbed, built handcrafted cabinetry, installed crown and baseboard molding - did not just miter the corners, but actually coped them to fit perfectly. We changed our mind on a few things and Jonathon moved with the flow and the price changed very little. He is a one man army.
