+ -1 moreChad made sure everything went well. He didn't sweat the little things and made adjustments as we went. It cost just a littel more with the changes but, was well within the budget and compared to thew other bids right on the money. I didn't want the cheapest bid where the provider would skimp on the quality of the product being put on the walls. I am very pleased with the end reult. We sold the house!
Description of Work: Chad Anderson and his crew put stucco on the front outside of my house and painted the rest. He did an excellent job in supervising his crew and the sub-contractors. Normally, the sub-contractors just show up and mess up and leave. Chad showed up with them... and followed the project through the process. He got up on scaffolding and pitched in when needed. The stucco came out great! The color suggestions were perfect and helped get the house sold in good time.

+ 1 moreKCA came highly recommended. Chad responded with an estimate in record time, but after that he became difficult to contact by phone. He emailed me several times asking to set up a time by phone to meet and sign a contract, but would not return phone calls. I gave him a last chance and we were to meet at my house, but he never showed. The price quoted was excellent, his referenced job was excellent. It's too bad it didn't work out.
Description of Work: Chad quoted me $2800 for a exterior painting job including the following on our 2,000 square foot, story and a half home: Pressure Clean all surfaces to be painted Scrape and Prime any peeling surfaces Caulk all cracks and nail heads on surfaces to be painted Tape and mask all windows Cover any patio, landscaping etc. that do not get painted One coat of **Kwal 100% Acrylic paint on all main body siding (27-30 gal) Two coats of **Kwal 100% Acrylic on all wood trim surfaces and doors Clean up all empty paint cans, trash, etc. at completion of job
