He took the mechanical part home and brought it back with everything taken apart. He told me he would do some additional research and call me back to repair it. He never called me back.

I feel that Brian went above and beyond what I expected. He was great to talk to while he was doing repairs and knew exactly what he was doing. He had to make a second trip when new parts came in and didn't charge any extra. He noticed some other areas on machine that needed adjustments and he took care of them too. Overall it was very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing repairs in the KC area.

Brian knew EXACTLY what he was doing. He fixed the issue I knew about with my pinball machine and fixed a couple other small problems that I wasn't even aware of. He is passionate about pinball machines and loves his job. It was fun to work with such a professional.

I had researched pinball repair on the internet and had found 2 possibilities. I then decided to go to Angie's List and see what would show up. I saw KC Pinball Repair and it had 3 A reviews, so I sent him an email. Brian called me within just a few hours, told me that if it would work for me he would stop by that afternoon after work at 5. He called me right before 5 to say that he would be about 10 min late (no problem!), showed up, checked the machine briefly and almost knew right away what the issue was. He had to run to town to pick up the needed parts, came back and repaired it right then and there. And to think I had waited so long to have it fixed! He seemed really knowledgeable about these machines and I really, really loved the promptness. All that in just a few hours! I told him that I had selected him because he showed up on Angie's List with great reviews and encouraged him to contact you and and quot;get on the list!!and quot; I am thrilled to know that someone like him is available in this area. Great job!

This visit went fine.

He came out and serviced a very old pin ball machine that I own. They guy came out here and was phenomenal. They guy was legitimate and knew everything about the machines. You like having someone doing something they are proficient in and they fit that category.
