Harm was the lowest quote. Like other reviewers, I was skeptical, but he had a good answer for every question I peppered him with. He was flexible and punctual and took time to explain some of the details and features. Finished install is excellent. His one year warranty is great peace of mind.

The job went very smooth. He was on time and knew what he was doing. This type of job may look easy but it's not for the homeowner, it's dangerous if a mistake is made. It's needs to be done by a professional,,,, and he got it done. I've waited 2 weeks before writing the review,,, wanted to see if the springs held up and they did. He not only replaced the springs but tightened garage door hardware and oiled the rollers,,, and adjusted my garage door opener. The whole system has never worked better than it does now. Highly recommend.

Very nice guy & very professional. I would definitely recommend him. He's a young gentleman, owns the company and he was extremely efficient and extremely professional and just did a really good job. I would definitely use him again, that's what I have his card right on the wall right under my garage door opener.

One of the cables broke on my garage door and the provider came out and replaced both of the cables. Very pleased with the service. Very competitively priced and I was quickly fit into their schedule. As an added bonus my once very noisy garage door is now quite (this was not something I paid him to fix). Previously the garage door was so loud you could hear it open from anywhere in the house, now I can barely hear it and that is only in the room right next to the garage. I would definitely hire again, I am extremely happy with the service I received.

Called at 743am and left a message that my garage door springs were broken. Received call back at 753am saying he could be there today at 4pm and it would cost $180 for both springs. I arrived home at 4pm with him sitting in my driveway waiting on me. He said the work would take around 45 min, he was done and gone within 30 min. Door works great and sounds great. He did some general maintenance on door after the repairs. I would definitely refer him and will definitely use him again.

Outstanding service and quality! Cannot say enough good things. Worked with me on MY schedule (evening) on the day I called, spent the time to explain the repair and didn't try to upsell my on things we didn't need. Most of all felt I was getting a great value compared to other big name garage repair companies. I am confident the repair would have been much more somewhere else. Cant go wrong and will use again for sure!

The owner, "Harm," answered my call immediately and offered the best price and most comprehensive service of the 5 companies I called. He offered to do the repair the same evening, but we agreed on a time the following day. He was on time and finished his work in less than an hour. He lubricated all of the wheels and hinges as well as the garage door springs. He installed a longer life spring and even explained the physics and geometry of how that was possible, which I really appreciated. When I mentioned that the other door had a wiring problem, he immediately located the source and not only fixed it at no cost but also lubricated the same components as the other door. This small business owner really understands customer service and the power of word-of-mouth referrals (he serviced my mom's door a couple of years ago) which keeps his overhead low and his prices more than fair. Nice job!

Harm actually showed up before I did. VERY punctual. VERY professional. VERY good at what he does. He had the whole job complete, including removal of the old door and hardware, installation of the new door and hardware [tracks and all] and hauled away all the old crap...all within two hours. I can not say enough on how pleased we were with their service. We had a number of garage door providers come out and provide estimates and all were within the same ball park of about $2500, with the exception of Dutch Boy. Typically, we usually throw the most lowest bidder out with expectation that there is something askew, but we had strong recommendations from some our neighbors (which we are glad we listened). Dutch Boy provided an estimate on Tuesday and had our garage installation done the next day, most other places needed at least 2 weeks. We needed to replace our wooden garage doors, because they were dry rotting at the last panel with no reasonable panel replacement options. We replaced the doors with steel insulated garage doors, which offer a much better seal to our garage. Harm was extremely professional and punctual. He thoroughly explained all the work he was performing and did a great job in walking us through after the job was complete. He didn't add in charges for haul away or de-install of the old garage opener. We had a great experience using them.

My garage door jerked around and sounded like it was going to come crashing down every time it was opened or closed. The door had probably never been serviced since it was installed over 20 years ago. I figured it was due for new everything (springs, rollers, pulleys, cables). Normally, I do all my home repairs but with time being in short supply I decided to call someone. Dutch Boy was referred to me by my Dad, who is a contractor that had used him several times before on his home and was very satisfied with his work. I called and left a message and was contacted back within an hour and had an appointment scheduled for the next day. He explained it was $65 for the service call that would cover any work he did and the only extra charge would be for parts. He arrived about 15 minutes prior to the appointment and explained to me that he would check it out and let me know what was needed. After taking a few minutes to inspect the door, he said it just needed a couple new pulleys. I also asked him to put on new weatherstrip and if he could do anything about the door lock not lining up with the track. He took care of both and oiled everything up. He only charged $13 for the weatherstrip and pulleys so he did not gouge on parts. He was very quick, friendly and offers a one year warranty on work done. I am extremely satisfied and will recommend and use again.
