Cordray Construction LLC

They came the same day that I called and gave me quote the next day. They fixed the roof in just 2 weeks. It was perfect. I will only use Cordray Construction LLC now. I have used different roofing company but they are more about taking money then do the work. But in case of Cordray Construction LLC, I paid them after the work was done, they were awesome.

The workmen did a Super job and they worked very hard! I am very pleased

with their work and will recommend them and I thought the price was very, very reasonable!

Jeff did a great job discussing my options and provided several different quotes for the work that could/should be done. I talked to 3 other companies before going with Cordray. Two recommended a total roof replacement. Jeff was very honest about what was needed and how long a repair would extend the life of the current roof. This made it easy for me to decide whether it was worth doing a full replacement or just a repair. It turned out that the original installers neglected to use the proper flashing when they put the roof on. The shingles themselves still had 5-7 years of usable life. Why replace? The day of the work Jeff was on site to be sure everything went well. There were several small sections of wood rot Jeff's group went ahead and took care of even though they were outside the original scope of the project. They left the job site cleaner than they found it. Overall, they made me very comfortable going into the project and I've been pleased with the way the work was done.

They did an outstanding job. They showed up when they said they would and worked continuously until the project was finished. They cleaned up nearly every piece of debris and left our residence as clean as before they started. Finally, they resolved one minor issue that we pointed out to them and promptly came back and made the necessary modifications without any argument. The only issue is that we had to wait ouver four months to receive the warranty for the roof.

They did an excellent job with everything we asked them to do. We had several special requests and came up with several new requests during the process and they handled all of them with aplomb. The initial estimate was very accurate and the final price was very economical. Even though the final price was great they did an excellent job with all of the work and did not cut any corners. All of the workers were very polite and did an excellent job keeping the work site clean. They were also very comfortable with being observed while they work which helped ensure us that they were doing a good job. Overall we are very pleased with the result and will use them again for future jobs.
