For the first several years, service was great. However, in the past year, PM visits have occurred severely (pre-season A/C check in August and pre-season heating check in January), I became concerned. In addition, when I received diagnosis my heat exchanger was bad and they would need ~$2000 to replace, it kicked in my company's 2nd-opinion policy. I received a 2nd-opinion and 3rd-opinion that the heat exchanger did not need to be replaced, just some other minor work. When I brought these two issues up with the company, the owner Brian got offended and wrote this email back: Based on your disbelief of our diagnosis of your failed heat exchanger, we removed you from our schedule last year. We respect the fact you want to get a second opinion on failures such as this, however, finding a company that does not have the skill to properly inspect a unit so they will restore the unit into operation is a very poor decision. We provided images of the failure, yet, you obviously did not trust our diagnosis as our last phone conversation you indicated you had come out and they were not able to find any holes and indicated you did not need to replace the heat exchanger. ... The fact you don’t trust our people is enough for me to never do business together again.
