They do it quarterly like for a routine maintenance.

They are really awesome. He was able to take care of it right on the spot. He did an above and beyond job to make sure the complete infestation was taken care of instead of just what was visible. He walked around the whole house. We've used them for several things. They have sprayed the yard for pest control every year that we've lived here, which has been about 3 years. It is a small family run business so we get the quality that goes along with that. We like helping small businesses and the satisfaction we get from that. They've been doing it for quite a few years. We live pretty close to them so they were here pretty quick. We have recommended them to friends.
