Drywall (walls) in existing home area was completed acceptably. Ceiling in existing home required several coats of paint to provide a consistent sheen to the overall ceiling. This was reworked at the general contractor's request. The ceiling in our addition has separated at the peak of the vaulted ceiling. The drywall contractor returned two months following job completion and indicated he would repair the peeling paint and crack. Four months of phone calls and messages went unanswered. Upon contact, I was told he would be out to review the area the next evening - no show. Another phone call and the same claim, I'll be out tomorrow - no show.
Description of Work: Sheet rocked and completed drywall finish work on home remodel project. Tasks included patching existing home ceiling holes left from relocated components and drywall in a kitchen/eating area addition. Applied 'knock-down' ceiling to ceilings in both areas.
