Auto Body Work
Our car overheated in Cody, KS (we live in Utah) and were driving to MA.. We had it towed to Western Motor for repairs. The dealership was great to work with. They found the problem right away and let us know it was covered by Honda under an extended warranty, (apparently the 2006 to 2008 Honda Civic blocks had casting issues). The bulk of the work (block replacement, installation of short block and related parts) totaling $2,824 was covered under the warranty. The tech recommended replacing the spark plugs and a 4 wheel alignment ($200) which we agreed to. The dealership provided us a loaner car for two days (at no cost) and stored the car for approx. 3 weeks while we continued our trip. It took about 5 days to get the block and another 2 + days to do the installation.
The dealership did everything they said they would and kept us informed of the work status.
If we lived in KS we would use Western Motors for all our service. We highly recommend them.
