In 1996 Jered got his contractor’s license, and he’s been doing construction ever since. After 26 years of contracting and remodeling, he’s starting Tiny Homes. Jered saw how difficult it was for people to find housing they could afford, and he wanted to help. And thus, Tiny Homes was born. Here at Tiny Homes, our staff are licensed contractors who will help you pick out the perfect kit to meet all your wants and needs when it comes to purchasing a tiny home! Our team can build right here in Garden City, KS, or Colorado. We offer a DIY Kit which has all the materials you need in the home. We also offer a Pre-built Kit which is built in our shop and shipped to you. Shipping costs will differ depending on location because we do offer to ship to all 48 continental states!
