I've known him for a long time. I had a noise in my washing machine. It was kind of a rattle and I thought something was wrong. So he came out and looked at it. He shook the spindle around, jerked it this way and that way and that fixed it. It took him about 2 minutes to fix it. He didn't charge me. He did not have to use any tools or anything. He just shook the agitator, he moved it back and forth three or four times, real quick and we turned it on and the noise was gone. He said, "If the noise comes back, call me and I will have to tear into it," but it never did come back. He came in and fixed it quickly and didn't charge me anything because he didn't have to use any tools.

I was having trouble with my dryer heating properly. My mother had wanted to pay for the repairs. I called and scheduled the appointment for the repair. He said he could come out the same, at 1pm. I asked if he could bill my mother, since she was going to be paying and he said, "Sure, no problem." My mom contacted him to varify that she was paying. She showed up exactly at 1pm! He fixed the dryer in about 20 minutes. Then varified my mothers name and address, shook my hand, and left. Very polite, got straight to work, and was finished in the blink of an eye. If I have any problems with any appliances in the future, he will be my first call!
