I appreciate the personal honest service from Bartelsmeyer Jewelry. I made my first jewelry purchase from John Bartelsmeyer over 30 years ago. I presently live in Las Vegas, Nevada and have "window shopped" at several local mom & pop and national chain jewelry stores in my town. None gave me any type of decent customer service. I told them what I wanted and they simply tried to talk me into anything they had in their display case. When I was ready to purchase I knew where to go... I emailed John Bartelsmeyer in Fort Scott, Kansas. I received fast reply's to all my questions. Great personalized service... and fair prices! I presently live in a huge popular town surrounded by multiple jewelry stores and I purchase my jewelry - 1300 hundred miles away from Bartelsmeyer Jewelry. I replaced a broken piece & finished my Christmas shopping. John Bartelsmeyer and Krysta Young took excellent care of me. I highly recommend Bartlelsmeyer Jewelry! I know I will be back to John Bartelsmeyer for personal honest service.
