cable tv service
+ -1 moreThe internet was out more then it was up, our home phone would go out at least 4 times a week, and we lost cable more then we had it. When I called to report the situation I was either on hold for an ungodly amount of time or I would get a very rude rep. who basically did nothing. We have just 2 options on the base this or Dish TV, we went for Dish after this nightmare. By the way, we never received a dime from this company for the days we lost internet, cable, or our phone.
Description of Work: Installing cable and removal.
