I felt that the everything from the service call to the follow up checkup appointment went very well.  When I initially called I didnt know alot about what I was talking about and had alot of questions.  They answered them with ease and respect.  When the service guy came out to my house he looked professional and had all of the equipment and tools that he needed.  He took care to not scuff up any of my walls or paint.  He also covered his boots so not to track dirt all over my new white carpet.  He cleaned my air ducts quickly and efficently and explained to me the whole process.  When he was done he cleaned up any mess that he made and had me sign the service papers.  When he left I felt like he actually cared about me as a customer.  About a week later the same gentleman returned to my house to do a check up/follow up appointment, just to make sure everything was working and if I was satisfied as a customer.
