Installed an Onyx Collection shower unit. Did not install properly, including sheetrock was not install behind one wall as required, side walls did not overlap base causing water to run between the sides and base getting into the studs. Shower door not sealed nor was the shower seat. Water ran out of the fixed portion of the shower door. When unit was removed to replace the sheetrock behind 2 walls were water soaked and the studs behind the other were wet. All studs had mold. Nally did not fix nor pay for the redo. We paid for the shower install, tile, unit, etc. twice. I am happy to provide technician's notes from Onyx Collection and pictures to anyone who wishes to see these.
