Well the leaky faucet was fixed, left a big hole in the laundry room wall, the pipe that the shower head is connected to moves all around now. I went in when I paid the bill told them I was very unsatisfied girl behind counter said she would have owner call me, you can guess no call back. Did online search for parts they used to fix faucet runs about 50 to 70 dollars, charged me over 140 dollars for the parts. Will I ever have these people back in my house again NEVER and I advise you to stay away from them also.

Put main sewer line in wrong place after insistent instructions. Did fix that no charge except it cost us $1500 to fix the mess the left by way of clay, rock and concrete in yard which had to be done by someone else. in fixing, they did not connect second sewer line to main one. Then, when discovered, would not come fix within a week when we gave up and got someone else. Note: we were not asking for a free fix on that. We just wanted to have the sewer stop backing up into the house.

I liked that they got the clogs on and that they were pretty fast in responding to my call. I didn't have any problem. I don't know how to grade them on price because I don't know what others would charge for that kind of work. I don't have enough experience to compare it. Their quality was fine.
