They were flexible with our changing move dates. They arrived, moved furniture, cleaned carpets, scotch guarded the carpets. All areas were left clean and neat, they were cheerful and pleasant.

Mr. Sandusky was punctual and very pleasant. He and his assistant are very thorough and spend a lot of time getting the tough stains out. The price is reasonable for my sq. footage.

They did a wonderful kob on all three rooms. The kitchen had all kinds of spills and stains and they removed them all.

Mr. Sandusky and helper worked very hard to get the carpets clean. My kitchen had deep track marks on the carpet. When wet it looked like they were gone, when dry the were still visible but much lighter. Better than anyone else had done.

I have cream color carpets throughout this house. Some I thought would noted reduced but Mr Sandusky & his helper took such great pride in their work that now my carpets are beautiful. Such a great job!

Started on time, didn't stop until finished - moved furniture I couldn't lift - no charge. Polite & friendly. Beautiful carpet again!!! Now has my rental houses.
