I used their service over a year ago and was super pleased with their work. They were very professional and knew their way around the many tree types on my lot. I couldn’t have been more pleased. I took too long to review their work because we sold the property and moved shortly after they trimmed the trees. I definitely would recommend them and would use them again if I ever need their service.

Posted on Met with Tyler and Luke for interview last September 2021 to remove 40 to 50 foot tree in front and trimming 4 trees in back, removal of bush in front, cut, split and stack wood from branches and trees. They promised 8 to 12 cords of wood from cuttings, split and stacked. Two branches hit our house while they were cutting down the tree in front. Cut, split and stacked wood resulted in 2 1/2 cords. They took most of the tree stump from the front yard rather than cutting it as promised. Branch above power line in the back was not cut because they wanted to bring a lift in back that they would have to rent. We declined because we did not want further damage to the back lawn and more delays to the finished job. Work was further delayed to grind the remaining stump because they had to rent the grinder. When they did return, they ground the remaining stump and split the remaining wood. They had another job to grind a stump, so instead of cleaning up the wood chips from grinding the stump, they covered the stump with the wood chips so we could not see that the stump was neither 6 to 8 inches below the surface but also not level. Very dissatisfied with this service for the money we paid. This comment is a rebuttal to Tylers response of my review on google. I have many pictures of two different tree limbs hitting the roof of my house and the large trunk that could have been split. I myself did this type of work for ten years. He disregarded my experience; which he had very little of; to show him how to split large diameter pieces of the trunk of the tree that he refused to do. The limb in the back yard six inches from my power line that he refused to let me lower and wanted to bring a lift in through my neighbors side gate through his back yard leading to my back yard. The neighbor told me he did not want his yard in a mess. In the front yard, grinding the remainder of the stump he left half of the stump above the level of the yard and all the roots exposed surrounding the stump above the ground, buried the roots and half the stump with the shavings two feet thick all around the stump into my neighbors yard leaving a huge mess. He told my wife that the wood chips will help the grass grow thicker and better. In his response to my post he said it was a year ago; it was last year in September 2021 that they started the work and declared they were done in November. Four months later as spring began, my wife and I started to clean up the mess, seniors that we are, my neighbors son and father came over to help us. Six hours of labor and fifteen bags filled we were only half way done. The neighbors are going to come back to help us finish the job. The cuttings yielded only two and a half cords of wood compared to their grossly over estimated 8 to twelve 12 cords of wood or better. I do have pictures and video of the large branches landing on my roof, the stump that was supposed to be cut and split into firewood, the piles of wood chips in my yard and neighbors yard. The tree by the street in my neighbors yard also was hit by a huge branch and destroyed the tree which they cut down themselves. Now I have to hire someone else to finish grinding the stump and roots six to twelve in. under ground so I can cover with topsoil and grow grass, have the town to lower the power line so I can finish taking down the limb. He has no excuse for being so disrespectful to me, my wife and my neighbors. Be careful on who you hire; not with someone with only two years of experience. I may be posting the pictures I have on line at some point.

I had them trim two trees, a birch and a hedge tree. Both are relatively large trees and required climbing high into the trees. They did an excellent job on cutting as well as clean up. I recommend them highly.

It was a fairly small cedar tree. They had agreed to cut the trunk off flush with the ground so a mower could pass over it. I had to ask them to cut it again lower which he did, but still not low enough. I offered to dig around it, but they declined, I will have to finish it myself. Other than that it all went well.

Needed a quick response on a storm damaged tree. It was split in half with the standing half leaning over my neighbors house. They did an excellent job on cutting down the standing half and a good clean up afterwards.
