I have used Rusty several times in the past for carpet cleaning and this time needed him because a pipe broke. he came as soon as I called even though he was on his way home after a long day and worked until 4 a.m. Rusty does an outstanding job -- he takes his time and does everything the right way -- unsurpassed quality -- I have recommended him to all my friends and family -- he is the best

Great about responding to request, picking up carpet and discussing what I wanted done, and what was possible. He has become very busy and it was a little frustraing to get the carpet back. First because he was working around other jobs and then he was not in my part of the city very often and delivery less convenient. I was just thankful that I found someone who was willing to put in the effort to save the carpet. Did not even want to accept payment until I had it back a few days and knew I was going to be able to use it!

I don't think that the renter had ever vacuumed the carpets; it had stains all over it. We thought we were going to have to replace the carpet. It came out looking like new. They came in and vacuumed it all first. I was afraid it was so dirty it would ruin their machinery. They used natural chemicals, except on the really tough stains. We didn't have to replace any of it. They are excellent. Rusty and his team are really clean, fresh, and professional. They were very timely. The way the cleaned the carpets they dried very quickly. The tile was shining.

I wouldn't us e anyone else at this point, I just think they are fantastic. They dealt with the insurance people and the pathogens. We had mold and fungus that grew by doing the clean air. They replaced damage wall and carpet. They always do what they say they will. The price is what they say it will be; sometimes I think it is fairer to the customer than the company. They are terrific people to be around. We would just give them a key to the house. They are the best. We have been home owners for a long time and I have used other carpet cleaners and by comparison they are the absolute best. They have taken high end silk area rugs that I thought would never be useful again they came back new. I would recommend them to everyone.

I have used them for 3 years now. I did not have to deal with anything. Rusty dealt with everything and did a great job. He was very professional and focused on the job. He is the best. I have been so pleased with him. I have recommended him to as many people as I can. I have never had a better experience.

I decided 2 days before closing on our new house that I wanted to have the carpets professionally cleaned before we moved in. We got a very good deal on the house and the carpet was in pretty bad shape- very dirty with lots of stains and visible wear. I contacted several companies for estimates. Rusty seemed professional and honest on the phone and had lots of excellent reviews on another website (sorry Angie's list- this was before I discovered you). Rusty was very accommodating in scheduling me for an estimate. He wound up calling me to reschedule but was very apologetic and the new time actually ended up working out better for me. He was very friendly and professional when he arrived. He did some measuring around the house and within a few minutes had an estimate for me. It was right in line with the figures that he had given me on the phone based on square footage and number of stairs so I was glad there were no surprises. I told him to go ahead and do the job. He and his crew started working immediately. Within about an hour and a half they were done. The carpet looked excellent. They obviously took pride and care in the job that they did. Rusty even used a scrap piece of carpet he found at the house to fix a small hole in the master bedroom. Now you can't even tell where the hole was. I will definitely use him again and recommend him.
