RICK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PUNCTUAL. WE TALKED BY PHONE ON MONDAY MORNING AND SET UP THE APPOINTMENT FOR FRIDAY AFTERNOON, WHICH WOULD BE CLOSE TO THE DELIVERY TIME OF THE NEW RANGE. I THOUGHT ABOUT CALLING THE DAY BEFORE TO RE-CONFIRM THE TIME, BUT I DIDN'T. NO PROBLEM! RICK ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME, COMPLETED THE WORK IN SHORT ORDER, AND CLEANED UP EFFICIENTLY. THE PRICE WAS EXACTLY AS QUOTED IN OUR FIRST CONVERSATION. I PLAN TO HIRE HIM AGAIN FOR OTHER ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING PROJECTS.
