,Well, it took a few months from the time we ordered the window until it was finally installed. However, we had several snow storms in that time, & the surrounding communities were dealt some heavy damage. I'm sure this had a lot to do with the scheduling difficulties. Once we finally had it scheduled, the workmen were later than I would have liked. However, they also finished earlier than I anticipated, too. I was told they would arrive aroung 10:00, & I thought it would be most of the day before they finished. They arrived just before noon, & left by 1:30.
We had plenty of melting snow, & we live on a farm. The workmen had to come in the house through our mudroom to get to the kitchen window. They were careful to clean their boots when they came in, & cleaned up any footprints they left behind. They also brought a tarp to use in the kitchen. Other than replacing various items I had to move to have the window replaced, I didn't have to do a thing after the men left. There was no mess. They were very polite - yes Ma'am & no Ma'am everytime they spoke with me. I couldn't be happier & I will absolutely use them again.

Salesman came out to the house, took measurements and provided an estimate. Work was orriginally promised to begin in 3-4 weeks, but was actually closer to 6 weeks after signing all the paperwork. But the helpfulness of the people I had to deal with and the quality of work done, the additional time is not a big deal for us.
