Not happy with the quality of the cushions on the couch and chairs but love the items. The bookshelves I ordered took several weeks to arrive. Delivery was prompt. I love that this store is in Parsons, KS and delivery was free.

My old reliable washing machine failed to spin after the rinse cycle and I was left with dripping wet clothes. My husband called down to Fergerson's (while he was at work) and they promptly called me at home to find out when would be a good time for them to send a repairman. We agreed on a time that very morning. The repairman arrived shortly thereafter, quickly diagnosed my problem, had the replacement part in his truck, installed the new part and voila!! I was again doing laundry (not that I really wanted to) but it had to be done. The repairman was very pleasant and friendly (as opposed to harsh and grumpy people I have dealt with in the past). He was focused and quick, he might have been at my house all of 30 minutes, if that long. That made me very happy, knowing that my labor bill wouldn't be inflated by someone who might be trying to be slow on purpose. I was so thrilled with their quick response and friendly service, that I joined Angie's list just so I could write a review about them. Thank you for giving me this opportunity.
