I would highly recommend the company. They were prompt, they arrived every morning at 7, and left at 5, it looked they hadn't been here, they cleaned up everything. They were very efficient.

Mike's crew arrived on time every day, worked all day, took 1 hour for lunch. Left the yard clean, put all their tools away at the end of the day.

Nice gentleman arrived at appt time. Pleasant, on time. Nothing negative said about his ability to perform the work, said that he would have an estimate to me in 3 days as he needed to leave due to pending health issues. No estimate arrived. I called three times w no return call over the next three weeks. When I did finally reach the gentleman he shared that he had decided to not submit a bid for the job and that his lack of response or notice of such was not due to health concerns. I stated that I wish he had notified me of such earlier so that I did not lose a month in waiting for him.

The job was performed exactly as bid. Started on time every day. The work was excellent in every respect. The steadily working crew was managed on site by Antonio Torres, a true and amiable professional. Company owner, Mike Roby, was on the job site for at least and hour every day and was not adverse to participating in the work himself. He was very responsvie to my requests, and made a very reasonable charge for additional work. He even did a few extras at no charge. The crew was very thorough and precise in masking, coverage and clean up. It was a pleasure to work with such group of professionals.

United Painting Contractors did an excellent job. They were prompt, performed the work exactly as quoted and finished on time. I would use their services again.

This is the third time that I have hired Mike. At our previous residence, he painted two different times, once exterior and once interior. On every job, he has completed the work quickly. He finishes before moving to another job. The work looks excellent. I received many compliments about the paint on my first home during the time that it was being shown for sale. I noticed that a friend of mine was on Mike's list of customers. When I mentioned to her that he was painting my house this fall, she too indicated that she was very pleased with his work. When the time comes to paint again, I intend to be a repeat customer.
