When they are out doing fertilization, I notice that other yards around mine are greener. I pay them to come out six times a year so I wouldn't mind having some unsolicited feedback from them on the condition of my yard. There are a lot of bare spots that I notice. They could mention it and figure out how to remedy it.

Called Tendercare and scheduled required inspection of back flow prevention valve. Service was performed, and a few days later the appropriate documentation for the valve testing arrived along with the invoice. Tendercare is a well ran business. They installed my sprinkler system 4 years ago, and I've never had a problem with it. They even came back and raised up some of the valve boxes after they settled. They stand behind their work.

Process went well and was pleased with the work done.  Done in just a few hours & cleaned up after themselves.

I like this company because you can have a one time service. They came out on time and did the service. They applied weed killer and the weeds were killed.

Company was prompt in coming out to look at work to be done and offer a bid. Worked with us as far as picking and choosing the items to be completed from that bid. Work was done efficiently and in the time frame that was indicated at time bid was accepted. The only minor drawback is that a birdhouse on a pole that stood on a second pole sunken into the ground was taken down to do the grading. Apparently when grading that sunken pole was bent and they could not put the birdhouse back up. Still waiting for a response on getting it back in the ground to please homeowner as it has sentimental value.

Excelent. Management, Sales and Workers were friendly, helpful and fair. The whole experience was pleasant.

The design they came up with was excellent however the quality of the work was quite inferior. They did the work in the fall and when spring came we had more weeds than grass. We live in a windy area which he should have known being local. We had 3 rose trees put in. One of them totally snapped which they replaced. The other two were severely bent over because of the very poor job they did in staking them. I asked that it be fixed which they did but it was no better than the original, all 2 of the 3 rose trees now need to be replaced and the third one may not make it. The final straw with me is when they billed me for their gross incompetence. This bill will not be paid by me. They sent it to collection but I still will not pay it. If they screw up the job they should not get paid besides they got over 12000 from me to do the job. I would not recommend these people under any circumstances.

When Kelly came out to give us an estimate on re-seeding the first advice he gave us was to do it in the fall for a better lawn growth which other contractors did not say. This showed us they where not just out for the money and had our interest to the top of their list..Talking with him was a great eye opener and his knowledge of garden issues was just mind blowing. There and then we signed up to have the job done by them.
After phoning us to set the date the two operators turned up Tuesday morning 9/17/13. They cut the ground,seeded the majority of the lawn then went round with a smaller machine to insure the edges had been covered. When everything was complete they then raked all the dead grass and soil that had been turned up by the machine and removed it leaving the lawn looking as nothing had been changed since their arrival.
If you need any garden work done then Tendercare Lawn are the people to contact. I have also signed up for their lawn care program for 2014.
New grass today can now be seen breaking through. Thanks Guys

He arrived promptly, and reviewed our lawn. What we thought was crabgrass ended up being good grass. We have hired him to do a 5 time treatment of our lawn for weeds.

See above, we never worry about a thing and our lawn always looks fantastic. They really know how to provide good service both on the phone and in person.

They were on top of things and were pleasant to work with. I last used them three years ago and have not used them since because I moved and I could not afford to have a sprinkler system. Their price was reasonable.

They do a great job. The price is excellent. I will continue to use them in the future.

It was just minimal use of their services. I used them for a sprinkler system I had in the last house. I have moved from that house recently. They seemed to be very good. They sent out notices at the beginning of the season and at the end of the season as a reminder to set up appointments to have my sprinkler system checked out. The people who came out to the house were pleasant enough and easy to work with.

WOULD USE AGAIN IN FACT WILL BE OPENING THE POOL THIS MAY. THEY SHOWED UP WITHIN REASONABLE TIME FRAME FROM THAT STATED WAS FAST AND LEFT WITHOUT MAKING A MESS.

I use them for a whole bunch of things and they charge me about $500 a year. They are very responsive.

I wouldn't be using them again because my warranty with them is done as far as trees, bushes and the lawn. I am not very impressed with them. They replaced one bush this year that died back in the spring. I used another company for my lawn service. There was no fee to replace the bush. I personally didn't really care that much for the customer service because they damaged my sidewalk and claimed they didn't. They said that it was basically my fault or the city's fault that it actually cracked even though their bobcat rolled over it. It probably would have cracked eventually, but they were the ones who didn't owe up to it and I ended up compromising by paying half. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody and I haven't. I think after they got the money, they didn't provide me any service. They said it was an open space underneath the concrete and the sidewalk. They also said that it was the city that should have taken care of it. The guy who came out and talked to me had the audacity to ask me as to how I liked everything else other than that. Their price was average. The guy tried to impress me, but it ended up not being much of an impression. It was three squares on the sidewalk and a total of $400. So, it was fixed, but I had to pay half the amount.

We were very pleased with them and I will use them again in the future. I used them for two years.

We have had two other homes where we installed pools and had less than satisfactory results. This is probably one of the most difficult categories to find honest and dependable contactors. We we fortunate to find TenderCare to install our pool and landscaping. We had four estimates, but when we started asking for recent and five year referrals of satisfied customers, the list shrank rather quickly. TenderCare tied for second place for highest price, but tied for first place in satisfied clients. The weather slowed the process a bit but they returned to work as soon as the weather allowed. We had custom concrete steps installed along with a heat pump pool heater. The install went well, but we ended up with a less than perfect fit around the custom steps and a couple of other issues with the liner. The owner of the company contacted me to let me know he was going to order and install a new liner at no cost to me, because he insisted that it be done right and he wanted to be sure I would be completely satisfied. Of the 3 pools we have had built, this intall was the best workmanship and follow-up.

Every job I've hired them to peorform has been done well. They are always quick to come and provide a quote, they are prompt in completing the jobs and the results have been excellent.
