We were in a minor auto accident. The other driver was at fault. Someone
recommended Shelton Collision Repair and we are glad they did. They repaired
our car and had it completed when they said it would be finished. When
we entered our car, we were blown away, not only was the repair totally
unnoticeable, but they deep cleaned the inside of the car. They arranged
for a rental car for us, from the Company was asked for, and then upon
completion of our car, they arranged for the rental car to be returned. All we had
to do was get in the car and drive away. We would and will highly recommend
Shelton Auto Collision Repair.....professional people, courteous, cared for
us and our car. Could not ask for any better service.

Was happy with one service, the collision repair and paint looked good. Was less satisfied with the minor fender repair. In fairness, I did ask for an inexpensive repair. While it was that, the quality was poor and the work looked rushed.

The service coordinator was very helpful and knowledgeable. Spent the time to go over our insurance coverage and inspected the hail damage to see if the insurance amount was sufficient. It was.The repair was done in less than 2 days and was excellent work. Very satisfied!!
