PHIL'S HOME IMPROVEMENT SVC

This was the 2nd time we have used Phil on our home (the first time was two years ago to rebuild our 25 ft tall wooden chimney and reside the north side of our home.) This time we had started painting the exterior of our home and discovered that we were not going to be able to paint the high areas due to being scared of heights. [yikes] We provided all the paint and caulking and Phil and his crew provided the labor and some replacement siding and various hardware. We have found the following qualities in Phil and it's why we employed him again: Quality Continuous - Phil's bid was definitely not the cheapest of several we got but after talking with other neighbors that had used him before, he was highly spoken of due to the quality of his work. Phil uses the highest quality products since the most expensive part of a job is the prep (labor) and the cheap stuff doesn't last. Punctual - Phil and his crew showed up every morning a few minutes before 8 AM; we could almost set our watch to them. Trustworthy - Phil and his crew live close by in the neighborhood. We gave him access to our garage and home while we were at work and didn't have to worry about it. On one occasion he needed access the inside of our home to work on our dryer vent. He could have walked right in but he called for permission first. Also we didn't have to worry about getting gouged by unnecessary repairs; we gave him pretty much free rein to replace what needed to be replaced. In closing if anyone was to ask us if we would use him again, the answer would be a resounding "YES."
