They are excellent and they clean up after themselves.

They are awesome.  They deserved to be recognized.  The guys are above and beyond.  They acknowledge and they watch out for their contractors.  They are better than most of the wholesale suppliers.  They have gone out of their way to fix a situation when I was not there by making sure deliveries arrive.  I will use them even when I am out of the way in this situation.

It took them 2 months to complete from start to finish. They would schedule work, I would take off from work, and they would not show up. I was without a toilet for three days at a time in between when they chose to show up. I tried to cancel, but was told since the job had been started that I would be refunded the cost of the tile, and that was all. The Installation manager repeatedly assured me that 'today' they would show up prepared to do the work. And repeatedly they would show up late, then leave, or show up without the proper equipment or supplies, or not show up at all. I made several requests for new workers and was told that they were all they had available. I set a deadline for completion, and they agreed to refund my money if it was not completed by the specified date. The date came and went. They finally got new people in to finish it. They refunded the cost of what I paid them but voided the warranty. It looks like it. I wish I had more space to tell the entire story.
