Harris lawn care came out to activate our sprinkles. We requested them to come on in the middle of the night. Only to find out weeks later, when our lawn and garden was dying, that he never turned the system on. He also never submitted out back flow test to the city like he said he would resulting in us almost getting our water shut off. Thankfully, Ryan Lawn Care was able to come out and take care of us last minute.

Mr. Harris did a good job on what he contracted to do, but he did not have some tools he needed in order to do what should have been a fairly common type of repair I would think (finding buried wires/valves). This necessitated him having to refer us to a second company. Though inconvenient, I really feel he did the best he could and would likely do a fine job on most service calls.
