Plumber installed a new gas line for new cooktop.  After he left for the day I smelled natural gas.  I called the office to report this and was told that I must be mistaken.  I was told to give it a few hours and it would dissipate.  I left the house for a couple hours and upon returning the gas smell was worse.  I called the office again and once again was told that it was impossible to be smelling gas.  Only after I insisted that I would not sleep in the house that night because it was unsafe and that I was going to call another plumber to fix the problem did they send someone out.  They finally came out and repaired the leak which they created.  I was dismayed that they were so willing to take a chance with my family's safety.  We had a few minor problems with them leading up to this issue.  We haven't used them since.

The task was completed in a timely manner.  The area around the water heater was cleared of all debris for the work.  and we have clear, clean hot water once again.

The garbage disposal removal, installation of new kitchen faucet and outside maintenance work was very satisfactory.  There were 2 plumbers here and if I needed additional plumbing work done I would request the plumber who worked in the kitchen.  It has been a long time since I have needed plumbing work, since I usually do all the maintenance myself.  I was surprised at the labor costs.

He is absolutely fantastic. I have known about him from years ago. I had a plumbing issue and I remembered him. I looked him up on Angie's List and he had some bad reviews. I knew him and thought that it was unusual but called him anyway. I was expecting a huge bill as we could not get the water on and off in one of our bathtubs. I thought that they had to tear out the walls and was expecting $1000 plumbing bill. He looked at it and he told me that he could take care of it. He did not think that the walls had to be torn down. He could have taken me for about $1000 and I would not have barked. The bill was for $120. It has been perfect. They were very nice. It was fabulous.

Right from the beginning, the two individuals they sent out did not know what they were doing. They first started replacing electrical componets related to the well pump. That didn't work. Then, they said it was the well pump that was defective. We told them go ahead and replace it. They gave us a price of approxiamtely $800. After they hooked up the well pump, it still didn't work right. They finally concluded that I had a break in my wire some where that was buried in the yard. They ran wire from the well pump to the house, through my basement window and to the elctrical box in the basement. They spent 5 hours at my house and it ended up costing us over $1500. I still had to rent a trencher and buy conduit and bury the wire myself. I don't believe there was anything wrong with my well pump, being that I had it replaced 3 years ago. But these guys did not know what they were doing. Any professional plumber would have diagnosed the problem within an hour. These guys just guessed at what they were doing and there's no doubt that I got taken on this one. Never again will I use them. It was the first and the last time.

the plumbing company was NEVERon time, rarely called to let us know they were late. the first work day, they told me they would be at the house 9am so i took the morning off work (no small expense) and waited. my husband came home for lunch at 1130 so i could go to work. the plumbers did not arrive until 1145 am. they charged $105.00 per hour and were slow (go figure; they charge by the hour). would not give written estimates and were way over their verbal estimate. I realize we live in an old house but after they gave us a verbal estimate of $1400.00 to $1600.00 for the remaining work to be done, one would think that they would revise that estimate and tell us half way through the project that it was going to be a LOT more! They did not. They simply gave us a bill after the work was completed and it was $2000.00 more than originally discussed. Called the office and spoke with the owner, whose response was essentially "well too bad". I am furious. I paid in full and told them i would never use them again and would tell everyone I knew about this experience. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB, although this company is not a member.

The plumber told us he charged about $90 hour. He was there NO MORE than three hours and did not use any materials. He did good work, but I cleaned up after him. He charged me $400, saying that they charged for "Fuel" (we live about twenty miles from their offices) and that they charge from the time they receive the call. They did not disclose these two final hidden charges, which almost doubled the price of this relatively easy and quick plumbing job.
