Stump Removal Midwest

I took advantage of a $100 coupon and described the tree stump over the phone. However, once Mike looked at stump i was quoted a price of $249. had no idea the mound of wood chips and dirt it would I was disappointed with the fact that the excess wood chips and dirt were not hauled off as i had to hand bag over 20 bags of excess dirt, roots, and wood chips myself. Service is a bit pricey considering he did not haul away the excess debris.

Good. We were not home when the work was done, but everything was completed to our satisfaction. He left a bit too much of the wood chips in the area after he was done, but not a big deal.

Great service. Removed a stump from a '30 evergreen in my side yard. As we talked about the other work around the house on my trees I asked him to trim back some of the branches on two beautiful maple trees (one Japanese Maple) to open up the view to the front of the house. Nice new curb appeal. Would hire again.

Guy was great except for the fact that he said it would be extra to grind out the Roots. A cost i should have argued probably but he was already onsite and i wanted it done. So the extra 70 dollars to do that seemed a bit much. Again not the guys fault he did a great job and did the work he was hired to do. I just got really mad at myself when i realized i could rent a stump grinder for 3 hours for 125 dollars. Half the price i paid him for the 30 minutes it took him to grind the stump. Only leaving this detail because people should realize like i have. Can do this a whole lot cheaper if you just rent and do yourself.

The work was done promptly and well. He did charge me extra for the roots so the price went up $50. Mulch was left behind for me to deal with but I've learned that most of them do or charge extra to remove.

Mike called me back on a Saturday and worked out the details to come by my house on Monday to remove my stump. 
Mike showed up early and took care of the stump.

Mike was very polite and efficient. He got the job done very quickly and cleaned up after he finished. The only way to tell he had been here was the stump missing.

Mike was very friendly and did a great job. My trees look great! He came out when he said he would and finished the job in a timely matter. He didn't say anything when I added an on extra tree for him to trim except that he would be glad to do it.  He cleaned everything up very well. Gr8. Three tree stumps on a steep hillside ground down. Dug trenches into hillside with grinder to reach stumps with ease. He said he even impressed himself...

I first talked to Mike on Monday morning and he offered to come out that day.  We met and came to a great price for two enormous stumps and 2 smaller stumps.   I left him to do his work and when I came home from work later that day, I was very pleased with the job that he had done.  I already referred him to my neighbor across the street who has him doing 15 stumps.  I would definitely use Mike again.

Quickly returned phone call to set appt.  Willigness to work around details and cleaned up area nicely.

Mike came out and performed the work as scheduled and was very professional to work with. This was a very large tree stump with several surface roots. Mike ground the stump and topped the surface roots so as not to dig up a large portion of my yard. The first time he performed the work it was not to my expectation. I called him and explained that there were still a number of high spots and it did not go as deep as I had wanted. This was a case of the amount of grindings made it difficult to see what had been missed. I sent some pictures and he agreed so Mike came back out and did some additional grinding at no charge. I would work with Mike again.

I have several oak trees along the boulevard of my home.   The trees needed to be trimmed so that the lowest branches were 10 feet up from the ground.  It was more than I could do on my own as some of the branches were larger and high up.  
The job was completed quickly and professionally.  The trees look great and the yard was cleaned up thoroughly upon completion.
