Sillers was the fourth foundation company to give us estimates on preventing basement flooding after heavy rains. The first three companies suggested extensive, and expensive, corrections for when the water came through the foundation. Mark was the only one who thought we should look at preventing the water from getting to the basement walls! They dug in a french drain some distance away from the house because of a large cement patio. Mark also repaired several cracks in the foundation and sealed them. He dug out two window wells and filled them with gravel rather than the clay that was there He brought in enough topsoil to assure drainage away from the house. All this was completed in a day and a half, with every area cleaned up better than before. I couldn't ask for more thorough and professional service, and highly recommend Sillers.
