Glenn responded to our initial phone call promptly. He inspected and described the proposed treatment in detail. He gave us an estimate including describing how his time and services were calculated in case the job were to be larger than initially anticipated, once the inner wall was removed. His estimate was $2000, but the final price was only $1200. He and his employees were courteous, prompt, and very careful. I hope to never have more mold, but I would not hesitate to have them back if we should be so unfortunate.
Description of Work: We had mold from a water leak from the roof involving one wall of a bedroom. The sheet rock over this area (8 ft long section of wall around a window as well as a seperate 2x4 ft segment) was removed including the underlying insulation. The contaminated wood was scrubbed and treated to remove mold. The entire room was scrubbed. The adjacent rooms and halls were vacuumed. All treatment was done under negative pressure with air filtration system.
