They are very good. They have been doing it for a long time and they are very consistent.

Greg Stouse and crew designed and installed landscaping for our newly built home. In the past year we have had very poor customer service from Greg Stouse. We have a dead tree that has been replaced once and it's dead again. Neither time did the tree look healthy. We have a flagstone patio that was installed by the company as well and it's loose around every stone. One of the landscape beds was built high and the mulch was covering up the ventilation port and turn off valve on the gas meter. After trying for 3 months without getting the work done, we have turned it over to our builder who will be taking care of it for us. I would NEVER recommend work by Greg Stouse Lawn-n-Scapes.

Unfortunately, they weren't able to tell our system had already been turned on and broke the gate valve.
 
I called to talk to management about the situation and they are
completely unresponsive.  I have called a total of three times and no
one from management has called me back to address the situation. 
Our sprinkler system is now non-functional.
i would never use these people.

Each year, all of the Lawn 'N' Scapes personnel assigned to this community have clearly been fluent in Spanish and just as clearly none of them understand  enough spoken English to talk with a homeowner in English.  Consequently, unless a homeowner is fluent in Spanish, it is extremely difficult to communicate with the workers for such purposes as giving them compliments, asking them for information, or telling them what's expected.
Described below are just a few of the opportunities to improve the job performance of Lawn 'N' Scapes personnel that I've obsevered repeatedly every year the company has been hired.  
+ After mowing a lawn, the crew does not consistently remove grass clippings from sidewalks and driveways.  Sometimes they do; at other times they don't.
+ Grass clippings on our patio have been blown towards the foundation of our house (and left to accumulate there) instead of being blown onto the lawn.  
+ The company's ride-on-lawn mowers do not have a differential gear in the drive axle.  Consequently, when a driver follows the same mowing pattern every week and turns a mower around on the same spot, the mower's spinning drive wheel on the inside of the turn destroys the blades of grass creating a unsightly bare spot approximately one foot square.  
+ In 2012 our lawn was not cut on three consequetive weeks event though I had not asked to be omitted and the lawns adjacent to ours were mowed.
+ Snow plow drivers have sometimes driven on lawns.

They were very good and prompt. They did everything that was asked of them. They were clean and neat as well. I'm going to start using them quarterly as well.
