Worst experience I have ever had with people doing work on my house. They were very nice up front, and provided what I believe is a competitive price. The issue is that In2Gutrs does not do any of the work, they hire out crews to do everything that they have no control over when and if they guys show up. 2 weeks went by after I gave them 1/2 of the cost up front before I called them to remind them that they were to have started the roof 1 week earlier. I was told that they shingles would be delivered the next day, and they were, however the shingle company dropped a bundle of shingles and took out a 12ft section of gutter. I was promised that the crew would show up any day to start the work, and after a week of no show, I was told that crew was not going to show up, and another crew had been hired. They were to have started the job on Wednesday morning July 5th, however they did not show until late afternoon, and basically did nothing. The next day they showed up in the afternoon, and took of part of the old shingles, and then left again. They came on Friday and took off more shingles, but left mid afternoon. I was called on Saturday by the owner of In2Gutrs, and he told me that the roof would be completed by Saturday evening. We were down at the lake that weekend, and when we got home on Sunday the roof was half completed. I called the owner again, and he said that one of the crew members had a heat stroke, so they all left and took him to the hospital. The owner showed up Sunday afternoon with the crew foreman, and it was determined that the wrong shingles were delivered, and they had to have the shingle company come and remove the unused bails of the incorrect shingle, and then deliver the correct ones. They crew then had to remove what they just put down and replace with the correct one. The issue is that they did not get all of the roof done, and we had a very hard rain storm, and we ended up with major water damage to the ceiling of our garage roof, and a small spot in our bedroom. The owner sprayed some bleach water on my ceiling and told me that would take care of the stain, which it did not. How have a bunch of water stains in my garage that I will have to get fixed before we sell the house. The roofers also took out a 20ft section of gutter somehow, but the owner replace both sections that were destroyed. The lesson learned is that never hire a sub contractor for work like this, and only work with companies that do not use subs.

"I admit it, more things went wrong while doing this roof than any other roof I have ever done. Was this a fair review... well not completely. Mr K gave me D'[Member Information Removed] for Quality, Responsiveness, Punctuality, and Professionalism. Quality: When I was done, this roof was solid, and ready for the next 50 years with a 10 year warranty. Responsiveness: I never stopped communications, always answered my phone no matter how painful it got. Punctuality: I unfortunately had things going on to the point of deserving this mark. Professionalism: I think Professionalism should be judged by adversity, and in this re-guard I never turned tail and ran, I faced each problem and got to the finish line. The issue with the garage: I tried the bleach treatment and told Mr K to give me a call if it didn't fade away. He didn't call."

There were a number of ways to approach our gutter situation. Laurie and Jade were very patient, thorough and detailed in their assessment and offering of various options. They are very personable, excellent communicators and interested in quality work. We were very pleased with the array of options they presented; their ability to schedule the work quickly and the final product. The two men who came to perform the work were on time, efficient and pleasant. The price was competitive with the other company who provided a bid. We anticipate other guttering changes in the future and will contact IN2GUTRS first.

They provided an estimate and then the cost came in above the estimate due to their failure to measure properly. Additionally they failed to provide any supporting information for insurance needs and there was a defect and they failed to come out and repair the defect.

I admit, I should have followed up w/ you after not hearing back from her. I also believe your F rating is unfair 3-1/2 yrs after the initial installation which you obviously were happy with or would have spoken up long before now. I contacted you after this rating saying we were still willing to do our part and you have not contacted me back."

They came out when they said they would. They walked the roof and gave me a good evaluation. It turned out that I needed a new roof, so they gave me some good recommendations on who to use.

The finished job's appearance is good; it looks as though it was originally built that way. At first I thought the estimate was high, but then found that other quotes were higher. Also, considering the difficulty (very steep roof) and the fact that it was necessary to hire extra help for the job, the cost was reasonable.

It turned out fine. They came out about a week after I bought the deal or so. I had to call them and they hadn't picked it up for some reason, but anyway, they did make an appointment, showed up on time, and did what I wanted them to do. The price was fine. Their work was adequate, what it was contracted for. There was no cleanup, it was more inspection. I can't think of anything they could do better.

Could not have gone any smoother. They came out to inspect the roof and found a couple of issues. They told me which issue was causing the leak. They gave me timelines of when the other issue may need to be repaired without pressuring me to fix it now. They gave me the cost of what each repair would be (which was very reasonable) and again no pressure.
They kept me informed of when they would be able to get the job done. No guessing or wondering what was going on.
The job itself was well done (i'm assuming because it doesn't leak anymore) although I know nothing about roof repair.
Again, no hassle, great price, no guess work, and they fixed the problem. Would totally hire again. Wonderful people.

took old roofing off and replaced with new.carted old off.made sure all grounds around house were clean of nails,tarpaper
and shingles.all done in one day.they lived up to there slogan we just want to do it right.

We have used Mr. Prescott & his In2Gutrs crew for a variety of projects including installation of the Leaf Proof gutter guards (2 homes), roof & gutter repairs, & minor siding repairs. We have found him to be reliable & trustworthy. In2Gutrs is our go-to company for preventative work & maintenance projects. On a side note, during a recent storm I noticed a gutter appeared to be blocked. I contacted Mr. Prescott & he addressed the issue later that day.

I don't think he did much. We have leaks and he wanted to go up there and fix them, but I'm not interested in following up with him. I just had the impression he had the Big Deal to see if he could sell a big job.

He came and looked at my roof and said there was hail damage and to submit a claim. He then emailed me an estimate to replace my roof. He claimed he'd meet with me to see the claims adjuster, but then he didn't show up because he forgot. The adjuster said they couldn't find any hail damage. So all I got out of the $89 was an estimate to have my roof replaced. Not a good deal in my opinion.

Once it was 30 minutes past our appointment I gave him a call to see if he was coming and it turned out he had completely forgot about our appointment. He then got in his car and headed over to my house.
He suggested that I replace the entire roof even though I was only looking for a fix for a specific leak. I made it clear that I didn't have the funds for a full replacement and he didn't seem to want to listen to that.

He came out and inspected my roof and took pictures of what needed to be done. He would not give me the pictures until I had paid and charged me extra for my roof being non walkable.

"Angie's list clearly states in the roof maintenance package that there will be a 175 $ steep roof additional charge for roofs with a pitch above a 6-1/2. You were notified and accepted this charge two days before I and my son's arrival to maintenance the roof. In addition to this the claim that we withheld the pictures we took of your roof for further maintenance and replacement needs (also part of the package) is blatantly false. Not only were the pictures shown to you but an offer was made to send them to your google drive account or to an email of yours. The charge for walking the pitch of your roof (warranted by the need of two men along with safety equipment that was utilized on site) and the photos taken are both exclusive to the package you purchased not through me but through Angie's list."
