We needed a gate to keep kids/animals in and wanted it done quickly.  I received a quote from the "gate guys" which was shockingly high, but I was told I could get the work done in a couple of weeks.  Long story short, after a series of delays from the gate supplier they use it took 7 weeks to get the project completed.  Apparently they were at the mercy of their gate supplier, so I'm sure there is shared blame for the delay, and the end product is of high quality, but I would not have paid the premium to go with them had I known it would have take so long.  Supplier issues are not supposed to be the customer's problem.  I will add the crew and salesman/project manager were all professional and courteous, but the delay left a sour and expensive taste in my mouth.
