They did this on an overtime day and charged just regular time for the service. We have used them before and they do very good work in a professional mannor.

horrible!! the people they hire are incompetent. the company doesnt stand behind their products or their word! do not use them if you can help it!

"We installed the system on April 7, 2009 for a cost of $7764.00. Member called with a cooling problem on Sunday, Sept. 10th 2010. Our Service man responded and found a dirty filter that cause the coil to freeze and drain line to clog and back up water into the safety drain pan and over flow. There was minimal water damage to her ceiling. Advised the customer that the equipment needs to be serviced yearly and the filter needs to be changed quarterly or more often if needed, if there are pets in the house. We serviced her cooling system at that time and have had no further contact with this customer."
